Pieter came to our rescue after my British partners IND application had received a negative response, resulting in him having to leave the country within four weeks.
He immediately reviewed the case and quickly put us on the right path. In cooperation with Inge, they guided us through the complex immigration process, handling all of the paperwork and communications with the IND in professional and timely manner.
As a result, my partner has now received a 5 year residence permit.

Victoria Leong and Sarah Omar both handled my case, and did so expertly, even with a transfer midway, and details changing on my end with respect to spousal visa. I can be a high anxiety person, and they went over things as many times as I liked, reiterating and answering questions whenever needed. Very good to have someone to turn to to ask things and when fears are running high! With multiple extensions needed, and starting my own business, having Kroes Advocaten in my corner took some of the stress off, and I would not have been able to manage without them. Very fast turnaround for emails as well, I always received a quick response, no needling or follow ups needed (not the case for several other firms I contacted)
