Modern Migration Policy delayed

The Modern Migration Policy (MMP) bill will not take effect on 1 January 2011. The implementation of the ICT-system of the Immigration Service (IND), required for the MMP, takes more time than expected. It is not yet clear when the MMP will enter into force.
