Pieter Krop quoted in Financial Times on penalties for employment of foreigners

19 October 2020 The Dutch Financial Times (Financieele Dagblad) published 19 October a large article on financial penalties imposed by the Ministry of Social Affairs on employers for employing foreigners without a work permit. The conclusion in this article is that the Ministry in many cases imposed unrightfully very high penalties. These penalties are in many cases mitigated in court, or even brought down to € 0. Pieter Krop, specialist on the Act on Employment of Foreigners, is interviewed in this article of the Financial Times about his experiences (paywall).
