Penalties for illegal employment lowered
The Secretary of State of Social Affairs has decided, in reaction to a judgment of the High Administrative Court of 7 October 2015, that the penalties for illegal employment are lowered from € 12,000 to € 8,000 per foreigner. The High Administrative Court judged that a penalty of €12,000 was unreasonable.
