Sander Groen specializes in highly skilled migration and European immigration issues. He is also well versed in litigation on behalf of employers who have been fined for illegal employment.
Pieter Krop is specialised in enforcement issues and European labour migration. Pieter litigates with success for companies and private individuals that have been fined because of alleged violation of the Act on Employment of Foreigners. He also advises clients on compliance issues.
Sheryl was born and raised in New York City. She is a native English speaker. Sheryl graduated from New York University ('82) where she received her Bachelors degree. In that same year she moved to the Netherlands. Sheryl is totally fluent in Dutch.
Inge Eggen-te Pas specializes in European and Dutch migration law. She has specific expertise in the area of labour migration, complicated family reunification cases, short-stay visas, Dutch citizenship, and litigation in the field of employer sanctions and fines under the Aliens Employment Act.
Sarah Omar studied Dutch law, specialising in constitutional and administrative law, at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies she focused on migration law, and her master’s thesis was on residence permits for highly skilled migrants.
Prior to commencing work as a lawyer at Kroes Advocaten, Hans was a lecturer in European Law at the Europa Institute of Leiden University for one and a half years.
