Work permit for conservator and restoration technician
Musea that are member of the Musea Association (‘Museumvereniging’) can apply for work permits for conservators and restoration technicians without a labour market test. These regulations have been amended as of 1 April 2018. Before this date, the regulation stated that only musea that were member of the Association for National Musea (‘Vereniging voor Rijksmusea’) could apply for these type of work permits. The new regulation also makes clear that this labour market waiver test is not applicable for curators.
