In a previous meeting my wife and I had with the IND, we were pleasantly surprised when one of their managers commented to us “You have a very good lawyer!”. We are sincerely thankful for all the guidance and patience Anique has extended to us, more so when we had a family crisis late last year where we needed to travel overseas on short notice. In één woord: GEWELDIG

Wat ben ik tevreden en vooral blij!!! In verband met gezinshereniging heb ik medio januari 2026 Kroes Advocaten opdracht gegeven om namens mij de aanvraag voor gezinshereniging bij de IND te doen. Ik werd door Edward heel vriendelijk en vooral deskundig begeleid tijdens dit complexe proces. Amper 3 maanden later!, op 13 april kreeg ik bericht dat de IND het verzoek al ingewilligd/goedgekeurd had. Eind mei werd ik al met mijn vrouw en kinderen in Nederland herenigd. Dit is extreem snel wanneer men bedenkt dat alleen al de IND 3 maanden tijd heeft om op een aanvraag te reageren. Ik kan iedereen in een zelfde situatie maar één advies geven: maak gebruik van de deskundigheid en diensten van Kroes Advocaten!

When I first read the document and procedure requirements for my Citizenship pursuit, I thought it would be impossible. Partner Advocaat Inge te Pas, did a great job at the start to understand my personal situation and devise a very well defined action plan. Throughout the process she provided clear instructions for me to follow. Inge also retrieved several Government documents that I doubt I would have been able to get on my own. Inge then put together all of my required documents into a ready-to-present package that I brought to my Dutch Consulate review appointment. My application was approved on the first try! Throughout, all of my questions were promptly answered, my e-mails were always quickly replied to and the costs were exactly as stated. This was a really great experience and I highly recommend Inge and Kroes.

My case was a bit tricky to say the least… My documents that I needed were harder to obtain than normal and took much more time then expected but somehow my lawyer (Dilara) pulled every legal string possible to slow the process on the IND’s end to ensure that I was able to get across the finish line with a positive outcome. Never once did I feel like “just another client” after I paid the fees. Attorneys in the US tend to make you feel like that more often than not, especially when your case isn’t considered serious or “high value”. Dilara never made you feel rushed, she was completely present and thorough on the phone and via email. She even gave calm reminders and asked be informed about progress or holdups, even for small stuff. I mention it because it meant a lot to me. She never seemed worried, I was always made to feel like it would be ok once I was able to get her what she needed and it was And I’m so grateful for that because I love the Netherlands and I value my experience with Dilara and Kroes as a team! Fantastische hulp bij het verkrijgen van een partnervisum

Florent heeft ons heel goed geholpen bij het aanvragen en verkrijgen van een visum voor mijn partner. Omdat het een wat ingewikkeldere aanvraag was, besloten we de hulp van een specialist in te schakelen, en zo kwamen we bij Kroes Advocaten uit. Florent was eerlijk over onze opties en kansen en heeft het proces van begin tot eind begeleid. Danzij zijn hulp hebben we het proces met een positief resultaat afgesloten. It's about the difference between submitting an application on your own and figuring everything that comes with that, or having the support of a trusted professional. Inge helped me obtaining an HSM permit and later with an appeal for Permanent Residence, which we won. I am not sure that I would have gained both procedures on my own, that on it's own makes it fully worth it to me.
