Highly Skilled Migrant Program less strict for start-up
The salary threshold for highly skilled migrants of 30 years and above is € 4240. This is for most start-ups considered as being to high. Also the procedure to become a recognised sponsor is considered as being to complicated and the time it takes for the Immigration Service to decide on the application to become a recognised sponsor is considered to long. To accomodate to these complaints, the Secretary of State of Justice and Security and Economic Affairs will come soon with a proposal.
