Excellent professional help in complex immigration law case

Throughout the year 2023 I was working with Kroes Advocaten and specifically with Edward van Kempen on my case which was very complex. Kroes team, and namely Inge the Pas, provided the support for the naturalization procedure. Frankly speaking, at first I tried to do it myself, without any outside legal support as my consideration was that the procedure is clear and very straight forward. That was a great delusion! I ended up in the cul-de-sack situation without knowing further steps, which can be done to improve it. I addressed Kroes Advocaten, and make acquaintance with Inge, who promptly made the analysis of all circumstances involved and provided with the possible solutions which I had to decide. Inge was very professional in all aspects, starting with the substantial experience in immigration law and all the procedures at hand to personal communication. Together we drew up the plan with the schedule of necessary steps and negotiated the price of services. It was moderate and reasonable. Further the procedure went very smooth and predictable. At least any uncertainties You could discuss with the experienced person. That means a lot as people always tend to overestimate their knowledge of the matters and underestimate the possible risks and potential complications. At the end of the day everything went up well, and now I can not help admiring Inge`s knowledge and ability to navigate through the deep and turmoil waters of the Dutch legislation.
