Pam obtained her bachelor's degree in law at the VU in Amsterdam. During her bachelor's she studied at the University of Glasgow for six months. After this, Pam completed a master’s degree in Public International Law and in Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she developed a preference for migration law, especially because of its human aspect and the cooperation between national and international law.
After her studies, Pam worked at the Labour Office (UWV) and the Court in Haarlem (Migration Chamber). She also worked for a large accounting and consultancy firm for quite some time. Here, she gained a lot of experience in advising on the multiple possibilities within Dutch labor migration law and assisting with applications for work and residence permits. She is also specialized in applying for the 30% ruling. She is working at Kroes Advocaten since February 2025.
Pam is involved, pragmatic and solution oriented. She enjoys the contact with her clients and is determined to find the best solution in any situation. She speaks Dutch and English.
