Our case was *extremely* challenging - a residence gap. Initially, it seemed doomed. However, Esther Wolthuis helped us prepare an appeal to the IND, and we won it! The IND also covered all our legal expenses. Esther was very helpful and supportive throughout the process!!

I had an issue with my residency after separating from my EU partner, but I wanted to keep my residence permit, which is allowed under EU law.
There were some complications in my situation, but Anique helped me navigate everything clearly and confidently. She was available even late at night to help me submit documents before the deadline. She’s highly focused on success and gave me a detailed list of what to prepare to support my case.
In the end, I was able to keep my residence permit — it didn’t get revoked — all thanks to her.
I highly recommend this law firm and especially Anique for anyone dealing with immigration issues.
