My wife and I first dealt with Kroes Advocaten, as we planned our move from California to be relocated for work to the Netherlands, in July 2022. From the beginning, Ms. Sheryl Goldberg provided us a fast, reliable and easy to understand service.

My case was very complicated so complicated I must say. I was referred to Kroes by a friend and when I got in touch the lawyer I initially wanted had alot to handle and so she asked if I was okay with her colleague handling my case and that's how Irene came on board and did magic for me. I applied for verification against EU law to join my long-distance partner of almost 2 years in the Netherlands. It was my first time moving to a new country and packing up my whole life in South Africa was already quite stressful. Then came the added stress and uncertainty of the process for a parter visa, especially because we were not married and were not sure how to prove the veracity of our relationship.
Kroes Advocaten were recommended to me (I honestly can't remember by whom) and we were wonderfully assisted by Justine and her team. She always answered our questions and addressed our concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
If I could raise a minor criticism it would be that sometimes communication took a bit longer than we expected, but the delay in communication was never detrimental to our case (perhaps only to our stress levels!).
We were otherwise very happy with Justine's services and we would gladly recommend her and Kroes Advocaten in the future! Thank you for your help.
