My family and I are from Zimbabwe and were extremely alarmed and surprised to learn that my daughter had been placed on the SIS in September of 2023 due to the fact that she did not follow the correct steps in deregistering from the Municipality in the Netherlands. My daughter left the Netherlands in 2023 untimeously after studying there for a period of 12 months. After many painstaking weeks of trying to understand the Dutch Immigration law and following all the steps we needed to take in order to have my daughter removed from the SIS I had the pleasure of being put in touch with Sander Groen from Kroes Advocaten. Mr Groen was compassionate, understanding and extremely efficient and he instantly put my family and I at ease. We felt we were in the best hands. My emails were answered almost instantly and despite his busy schedule, my daughter's case was made a priority. Mr Groen managed to have my daughter removed from the SIS within 48hrs.
