We were working along with Agata on a partner permit while I was getting laid off. Agata was very quick to respond and worked well under the time pressure. Since I was getting laid off and my partner did mot have a steady income it was a trickier case but we were guided through clearly and competently. Agata was also excellent at keeping up, being involved, and checking in on us at regular intervals. It was a worthwhile investment in a tricky immigration case.

Pam was the best lawyer I could have found! She was courteous, responsive and she always was able to answer my many questions. I tried to take care of this on my own, but after the IND rejected my request for residency after my marriage, Pam had a couple different options for me. She suggested an option which allowed me to obtain my residency while we waited for her to pursue our marriage residency option. I would HIGHLY recommend Pam and her firm should you need help with residency information.

My family and I are from Zimbabwe and were extremely alarmed and surprised to learn that my daughter had been placed on the SIS in September of 2023 due to the fact that she did not follow the correct steps in deregistering from the Municipality in the Netherlands. My daughter left the Netherlands in 2023 untimeously after studying there for a period of 12 months.
